As a grad, you are mostly learning and with opportunities to work on some projects

Performing data analysis using python, SQL. Making visualisations using PowerBI. Reporting findings to stakeholders. I'm also a part of the Telstra Grad Association so I also organise social events for the grads during and outside of work, including the annual Telstra Grad Ball.

I have been working in a part of business and a role that is not aligned to my skill set, knowledge and interests. Even after being asked initially what I want to be doing, I was put in a team that was completely different to what I had expressed. After accepting where I was, I tried to put my hand up for some variety in work and experience within the team, it was never taken into account.

I am a graduate data specialist gaining experience as a product manager. I work on fixed internet products, managing different aspects of the product and doing analysis work on their performance and lifecycle.

I maintain software for internal use, which includes managing tickets, debugging code, checking configurations etc

I'm a Network Software Specialist. I support my team on developing automation solutions for various reports/data that we produce.

Depends on the team I'm in. Currently, it's drawing insights from people data and presenting it to relevant stakeholders and working with stakeholders to understand their data needs. In other recent teams, it ranged from running ideation workshops and developing products to reviewing company policy and working on enterprise agreements.

Migration data from on-prem databases to Azure

The experience varies, with moments of high excitement and plenty of tasks, alternating with periods of calm and minimal activity.

Help with the Cloud connector product and assisting with the GCC product, working on configuration that is required for the devices that the product uses.

I work in a software development team, building and managing certain applications which at the moment, operate and manage enterprise clientele privatised network

Many meetings, emails, reviewing assets, filing and admin, lots of event organisation and presentation development.

I am a grad working in change management. As a grad, I am still learning a lot and so my work is supported heavily by senior change managers.

The work I do is engaging and is helping me to develop my technical skills. My day-to-day involves short-term and long-term planning as well as ad-hoc requests. The mix between ad-hoc and forecast work is refreshing, I'm able to work towards long-term project goals but some days are spiced up by something new.

Very satisfied with the direction and support but also autonomy over day-to-day responsibilities that are made sure to align with my developmental goals and interests in skills.
