Telstra has set ambitious goals for climate change, above what is required, but I feel it still could be made stronger

They are getting better, with many efforts going into reducing power consumption and emissions, especially for legacy sites. However, like most big companies, money is the ultimate driver, so where more could be done it sometimes isn't due to no financial gain/incentive.
