I work as a graduate software engineer, working primarily on backend systems. My day-to-day responsibilities consist of writing code, writing tests, looking into and fixing bugs, and overall contributing and working with others in a team.

As a graduate, I am still at the stage of learning different aspect about the company products. I have taken part in feature development, bug fixing and testing.

Liaising with different architects, customers, UX designers and software developers to create the necessary tools and scope to develop features for our software.

My day to day is to check the incidents that have been assigned to me and go through them based on how important they are to be done

Producing solutions to help streamline internal processes, responding to client enquiries and resolving on-site technical issues.

Meeting with team members to update progresses, working on bugs / features, and communicating with colleagues outside of the team to work on problems (if required).

Work on tasks and solve any incidents that are assigned to myself, help the team or anyone that will need help

I am working in an agile team looking after a software. For now I am fixing some bugs and get to know the software better (it is a giant software).
