Justin [00:00:00] What do you think is the most exciting or the coolest benefit of working a Downer?Â
Ryan [00:00:04] I think it's all based on the people that you work with. I think that Downer is an organization that has no shortage of opportunities as talent and you need opportunity to shine and you're not going to find anywhere else within the country that really has the variety and scale of opportunity all within one banner head. So I think that's what's exciting is that we work on some of the largest projects across New Zealand as well as some real intricate new innovative solutions and new technologies. All of that gets encompassed into the work that we do. So you often hear engineers talk about contracting versus consulting, and in the day to day large contractors like Downer, we have the ability to offer both of those those streams internally within within the business.
