Ryan [00:00:04] With full transparency. Grades probably aren't...I would say they make up 50% of what I look for. And I read every cover letter. I read Cover Letter. Look at C.V. Then I look at transcripts. Transcripts just validate what I already know from what I've seen from your cover letter and C.V. If it really jars me and I go "Oh, well, that's not nearly what I was kind of expecting." Then that might be something different. For me - a Cover Letter will get you through the first round. Connecting in with somebody else and really making those points of difference can get you all the way to the interview stage. And at the interview stage, I don't know a single one of our managers that are sitting there looking at your transcripts.
