Justin [00:00:00] What do you typically recommend students are actually studying who are looking at working at Downer, like from what degree specializations?
Ryan [00:00:07] So our talent programs are focused in on the engineering disciplines. Our program is centered around trying to bring the technical capacity and capability of our organization up so that is really focused. We work alongside professional development partners as well with the likes of Engineering New Zealand to really help accelerate that professional development. So that is something that works alongside our program. So we are focused in with engineers really trying to accelerate that career. But our program, the way I look at it in a nutshell, it's an incubator and accelerator for future leaders. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes. And so for us, it's about just finding that right talent that comes into the business as a person, and then we can help develop and grow that across the business.
