BWISE has a key focus towards the attraction, retention and engagement of more women in our industry. It was unprecedented in the Company to have an intern involved at this level of strategic operations and participate in the decisions regarding diversity and inclusion.
I found that the transport company I was working at was very interesting because while I was researching and collecting data, there was some interesting data about how transport works and new ways to deal with transport in general.
The most exciting part is definitely having almost unlimited access to everything around the Airport, from critical power and communication centres around the Airport area, MIQ facilities, and also the taxiways and runways themselves.
I meet with a business value consultant to learn about value engineering in the context of data analytics, exploring how we can create more value for our clients.
