Bravely try new things. To accumulate experience in continuous attempts. Never be afraid and resist new things, because most likely you will have fun and find satisfaction in them.
Some solutions I have heard have been quite innovative which firstly helps the project and secondly helps me to grow my knowledge and problem-solving skills.
It is also cool how in a few years I still get the ability to be able to look back at the work I was part of and see how this helps the community. Moments like this give me a sense of reward and that all the hard work was worth it.
The most exciting part is definitely having almost unlimited access to everything around the Airport, from critical power and communication centres around the Airport area, MIQ facilities, and also the taxiways and runways themselves.
Make time for yourself. Your own happiness and wellbeing should come first and foremost. Always make time to relax and do something you enjoy no matter how busy you are.
Work moves so quickly on-site and it’s amazing to see the planning which happens behind the scenes to make this happen. I am also surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and everyone is always willing to take the time to explain why things are done a certain way.
