The work can be quite rewarding retrospectively, looking back at all the things you learnt and all the new material you created for the company in a short span of time.

I love that every day is completely different and I’m able to simultaneously build on a wide range of skills from IP networking to collaborating with vendors.

The amount of responsibility I’ve been given, although it was a little intimidating at the start, has been very rewarding and led to me gaining a massive variety of knowledge while working with amazing people.

I would like to believe that the possibilities are endless! The Management Trainee program has been great for equipping me with a range of diverse skills that are applicable to many different industries and roles.

The most interesting aspect has been the numerous sites I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in. It’s an eye opener to see the challenges that arise delivering a project on site compared to what’s been written on paper.

The mentorship I have experienced during my time at Oliver Wyman has been invaluable. A support network is provided to everyone at Oliver Wyman which provides advice, guidance and support on a regular basis.

The best part about my job is how rewarding it is. It’s so gratifying to work with a company that provides products to help people feel like their best self and boost their confidence.

In my current rotation, I’ve been working on the implementation of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) for multiple Visy sites.
