How do you measure a graduate with an innovative mindset, in a different mindset and a global mindset? Is this something that is assessed via the psychometric testing? And is that what you mean by passing the psychometric test one before the psychometric test two?

I graduated in 2015 from Massey and got a Bachelor degree in Agriscience. After that, I have been working in a few customer service roles for a few years and now I'm enrolled with Ucol for a graduate diploma in accounting. Will I be eligible to apply for the graduate programme at EY next year?
