The company has a fixed pay review cycle that increases relative to your performance over the period. I think the quantity is reasonable.

in 2021 we had a tour around Pacific Steel operations and went to a Vietnamese Restaurant for lunch. If you are part of the NZS Social Club Christmas Fair and Rainbows End nights are good events for your children if you have them. You also get 15% of your membership fee at Counties Fitness gym in Pukekohe if you show your access card.
