Justin [00:00:00] How does the application process for internships differ from regular graduate roles?Β
Holly [00:00:06] The application process is very similar and near identical for graduate roles. We don't expect the same level of business acumen or study as you'll likely be in your penultimate year. However, you'll still go through the same process as you would as if it was for a graduate application. So some really great practice in there.
Justin [00:00:24] And do the responsibilities of the actual role differ a lot from a graduate role, or is it just a shorter period of time because you're only doing it for the summer?Β
Holly [00:00:33] Yeah, summer internship slots for 12 weeks between November and February here in Australia and New Zealand. And our internships are really designed to give you that taste of what a career at EY could look like. This certainly doesn't mean, though, that we keep you behind the scenes. You'll have the opportunity to work on real clients to shadow some of our current and recent graduate leaders, all while being part of an intern cohort. So you get a really good experience of what it could be like to come back as a graduate and work for us in the next year.
