Justin [00:00:00] So we've gone through the graduate application process, finished the whole process. When can grads actually expect to hear back from you once they're through that?
Holly [00:00:08] So once you've gone through the whole process, it should be relatively quick. So for those graduates who have attended a recruitment day, for us, if you're successful, you should hear back from us within actually 1 to 3 days so we don't make you wait too long. And the same is true also if unfortunately, you weren't successful this time around. And that feedback that you get will often be from either the campus team or your interviewers on the day. So we'll give you some details back on ways that you can work on your application for the future.
Justin [00:00:40] That's perfect. So even if they're not successful, you still get back to them. You don't leave them hanging? No ghosting.
Holly [00:00:45] Absolutely no. So any candidate who has met with us will have that verbal feedback, which is a really valuable piece, particularly for the time and effort that's being put in, right. And if you didn't make it through to having an interview with us or coming to a recruitment day, we will still let you know. That can take sometimes a little bit longer, a couple of weeks, but you'll still get that email from us to let you know where you land.
